In 2020, I launched my own remote tutoring project for children from orphanages, which a year later evolved into an innovative educational foundation run entirely pro bono. Today, nearly 200 volunteers from around the world are involved in its programs. Over the past four years, the foundation has organized more than 15,000 individual lessons for children in orphanages.
During the pandemic, recognizing the shift toward remote learning, I saw an opportunity to fill a gap and create a unique support program focused on education and personal development for children in Polish orphanages.
This program connects individuals from diverse professional, social, and academic backgrounds—residing in countries such as the USA, UK, Switzerland, Norway, France, Spain, Sweden, and Germany—with children from orphanages. Once a week, at a set time, these mentors conduct educational sessions in subjects chosen by the children, offering them not only knowledge but also valuable inspiration and support.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and serves not only as tutoring but, more importantly, as a way to build confidence in these children, helping them achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams. No organization had previously operated in this way.
In addition to remote tutoring, our foundation organizes unique summer “Development and Relaxation Weekends.” These four-day retreats offer both our mentees and volunteers the opportunity to participate in inspiring personal development workshops. We also provide relaxation activities designed to help participants recharge and connect in an atmosphere of kindness and support. 🌿

The second pillar of our foundation focuses on supporting our volunteers.
From the very beginning, my goal was to create a space where both our mentees and volunteers feel valued and appreciated.
That’s why we run a volunteer development program, supported by institutions such as the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Project Management Institute, Katalyst Education, Psychoklinika, and renowned psychologists.
As part of this program, we offer:
- Individual psychological consultations
- Group psychological workshops
- Personal development workshops
- Language courses
- Psychotherapy sessions
Additionally, once a year, I organize a Christmas event that bridges the worlds of business and social impact. This is a formal dinner featuring live music, a reflection on the foundation’s achievements, and an outlook on future initiatives. The evening is dedicated to celebrating the dedication of our volunteers throughout the year and expressing gratitude to the companies that support our mission.

In my organization, there are dynamic and rapidly developing teams in the following areas:
- Administration
- Recruitment
- Volunteer Coordinators
- Substitution Coordinators
- Marketing
- IT
- Volunteer Support and Development
I believe that a well-structured organizational framework, where responsibilities are clearly assigned to specific positions, is one of the key aspects of its development.
