About me

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Olga Kotyk. I hold a degree in Management and Production Engineering as well as a master’s in Applied Linguistics. I have also completed postgraduate studies in Business Psychology. However, my greatest passion lies in social impact work.

In 2020, I founded a social project, which I transformed into an educational foundation a year later. My organization has been growing dynamically, and its greatest asset is the people—the dedicated and passionate volunteers who have been working pro bono for years. While many organizations struggle with a shortage of helping hands, our foundation thrives thanks to the unwavering support of committed collaborators. Through a well-structured framework and an efficient organizational system, we have created a space where everyone can contribute real value.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience through guest lectures and workshops at top polish universities such, as well as in corporate settings, including T-Mobile. I had the honor of delivering the inaugural lecture at the Science and Art Festival, organized by the Polish Academy of Sciences, and speaking as both a panelist and moderator at prestigious conferences held at venues such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the POLIN Museum, the Praga Koneser Center, and the Orange headquarters in Warsaw.

In 2024, at the invitation of students from the Institute of Education, I presented an analysis at the University of Cambridge on the impact of quantitative research on the development of charitable organizations, using my foundation’s work as a case study.

I have also the pleasure of appearing as a guest on polish TV programs.

I have been recognized multiple times by Forbes magazine.

After many years of leading a large and respected social organization that I built from the ground up, I have decided to support individuals, businesses, and foundations in their growth. You can find more details on how I can help in the work with me section.
